The AirTAC GFR300-08 AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a machine-tool press line, the GFR300-08 cleans the supply air of water and chips-laden particulate and holds a stable regulated pressure to the clamping cylinders, with the differential-pressure drain keeping condensate moving out of the bowl during production.
Feeding diverters, grippers and seal cylinders on a packaging conveyor, this filter regulator gives each station one point where dirt and moisture are stripped out and working pressure is set and held, all through a compact 1/4 in NPT connection.
At an assembly bench air drop, the unit protects hand tools and small actuators from water and debris while letting the operator set a lower working pressure than the main header, with the included bracket mounting it neatly at the point of use.
Size and port drive the choice: the 300 size with its 1/4 in NPT port suits compact machine circuits; step up to 400 or 600 if the required flow demands a larger port. For drain, this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (default); choose automatic (A) for continuous unattended draining or manual (M) if you want operator-controlled draining. The standard element is 40 um; specify W for 5 um when finer filtration matters. Gauge (round or square, MPa/psi/bar scales) and thread (PT standard, G or NPT) are order options, and a bracket is included here.
