The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in PT, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 300-size unit is fitted with a 3/8 in PT port, 40 um standard filtration, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically as flow passes through, a polycarbonate bowl, an external round gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the supply is lost.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR range is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of G, NPT or PT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, and gauge options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming and sealing line, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the plant supply dips during a shift.
Conditions the branch feeding conveyor gate and diverter actuators, keeping scale and pipe rust out of the valves while holding a stable downstream setting for repeatable strokes.
Supplies clean, regulated air to bench-top test rigs and pneumatic fixtures, with the 40 um element protecting sensitive control valves and the psi gauge giving a direct local reading.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this 300-size unit carries a 3/8 in PT port, with larger sizes stepping up port and flow capacity. The differential-pressure drain suits lines with steady airflow; pick automatic drain for unattended duty or manual drain where condensate is light and drains are checked routinely. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general pneumatic protection; specify 5 um (code W) when finer filtration is needed. The round psi gauge is fitted here; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives, and G or NPT threads can be ordered in place of PT. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR range as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet before you order.
The C2K code on the GFR300-10 specifies an external round gauge with a psi scale and a reverse/check valve fitted. The check valve holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted. If you prefer an embedded square gauge, an MPa or bar scale, or no check valve, those configurations can be ordered.
