The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in PT, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is threaded PT3/8 (3/8 in), carries the fine 5 um filter element (code W), drains condensate by differential pressure, and is fitted with a reverse/check valve so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. An external round gauge with a psi scale is included for setting and monitoring the regulated pressure.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, PT/G/NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge styles and scales, and an optional low-pressure regulator type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the air feeding a bank of directional control valves on an automated machine, with the check valve holding the manifold pressure if the main supply dips.
Conditioning air for cylinders and grippers on a packaging conveyor line, where the 5 um element protects seals from fine particulate and the regulator sets a stable working pressure.
A point-of-use filter regulator on a drop line in a factory air ring main, giving each workstation clean, regulated air with a psi gauge for local adjustment.
Size and port set the capacity: the 300 size with its 3/8 in PT port sits in the mid range of the GFR line, one step up from the 200 size and below the 400 and 600. Choose the size against your required flow, and remember flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to confirm sizing before ordering. This unit has the 5 um element (W) rather than the 40 um standard, so pick it where finer particulate removal matters; the differential-pressure drain works automatically as the bowl fills, with no operator action. The round psi gauge suits US-style reading, and the fitted check valve holds downstream pressure on supply loss. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are available to order, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this exact configuration on request before you order.
The W in the code GFR30010C2WK selects the optional 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, and C2 selects the external round gauge with a psi scale. The K adds a reverse/check valve, and with no drain letter the unit uses the differential-pressure drain.
