The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8in PT 5um psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a size-300 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/8 inch PT port, a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtration and regulation ahead of a machining centre's air-hungry actuators and tool-change circuit, with the 5 um element protecting precision components from fine particulate.
Conditioning the air feeding conveyor stopper and clamp cylinders on a packaging line, where the regulator holds a stable setpoint and the psi gauge lets operators verify line pressure at a glance.
A filtered, regulated air drop serving a manual assembly cell, with the check valve holding downstream pressure if the main supply dips and the bracket allowing clean panel or frame mounting.
Size 300 with a 3/8 inch PT port suits lines where the required flow sits between the smaller 1/4 inch and larger 1/2 inch steps; match the size to the flow curve rather than the port alone. The 5 um element (W) is the right choice when downstream valves or instruments need finer protection than the standard 40 um grade. The differential-pressure drain is the default and suits steady-flow installations; choose automatic or manual drain if your duty cycle differs. The square gauge here reads in psi, with MPa and bar scales available as alternatives. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. A bracket is included with this configuration.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow and datasheet figures for the GFR300-10 on request before you order.
The W in the code GFR30010F2WK specifies the optional 5 um filter grade instead of the standard 40 um element, and F2 specifies the embedded square gauge with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are also available). The K specifies a fitted reverse/check valve, and the blank drain position is the differential-pressure type.
