The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 3/8 in Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point, in a single body. This unit is built on the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT port, an automatic drain that clears collected condensate without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A square pressure gauge scaled in MPa is embedded in the body, a reverse/check valve is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), an optional 5 um element, gauge and thread options, a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted at the air drop feeding a carton-sealing or wrapping machine, this unit filters water and debris out of the shop air line and lets the technician set a stable, lower supply pressure for the machine's cylinders and valves.
On a workholding fixture or light pneumatic press station, the filter section protects the clamping cylinders from condensate and swarf while the low-pressure regulator holds the clamp force setting; the check valve helps hold the downstream side if supply pressure dips.
Feeding the stopper, gate and reject cylinders along a bottling or canning conveyor, this unit conditions the air and keeps the control circuit at a set pressure, with the automatic drain handling condensate at an unattended drop point.
The real, decodable choices in this family are size and port (200/300/400/600, 1/8 in to 1 in), which set the connection and the flow capacity band; drain type (differential-pressure by default, automatic, or manual); filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W); gauge type and scale (embedded square as standard, external round optional, MPa/psi/bar); thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order); and bracket. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact regulation range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm the set-point band with us before ordering.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm from the datasheet whether the 300 size with a 3/8 in port suits your application.
This unit carries code A, the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate from the bowl without anyone opening it. The GFR family is also available with manual drain (code M) or the differential-pressure drain (the default). On the 300 size the bowl is polycarbonate; only the 600 size uses aluminium alloy.
