The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 5 um Round Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300-10 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is the size 300 unit with a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W, finer than the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain, a reverse/check valve (code K) and an external round pressure gauge reading in bar; a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the bowl is polycarbonate (only size 600 uses aluminium alloy), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, an optional reverse/check valve, and PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the tool-clamp cylinders and solenoid valves of a CNC machining centre, with the 5 um element helping keep fine contamination out of the valve seats.
Conditioning and setting supply pressure for the valve island that drives bag-forming and sealing cylinders on a packaging line, with the reverse/check valve holding downstream pressure if the feed dips.
Regulating air to the diverters and stopper cylinders along a bottling conveyor, where stable downstream pressure keeps bottle handling consistent through the shift.
Everything in this code is a real choice you can make. Size 300 with a 3/8 in port is the mid step of the range; move to 200, 400 or 600 depending on the flow your line needs, and we will check the published flow curve against your demand before you order. The 5 um element (W) gives finer particulate removal than the 40 um standard, useful ahead of sensitive valves and instruments. The differential-pressure drain bleeds the bowl automatically as flow drops, with automatic (A) and manual (M) drains available as alternatives. Gauge choices are the embedded square type or this external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread here is NPT, with PT (the standard) and G (BSPP) as order options; the K code adds a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and datasheet figures for the GFR300-10 on request, so you can size the unit against your actual demand before ordering.
The 40 um element is the standard grade for general air preparation. The 5 um grade fitted to this GFR300-10 removes finer particulate, which suits circuits feeding precision valves, air bearings or instrumentation. Both grades are orderable in the GFR300 series, so you can match the element to the sensitivity of the equipment downstream.
