The AirTAC GFR300-10 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8 Auto Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This 300-size unit is fitted with a 3/8 in PT port, a 40 um standard filter element, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and the polycarbonate bowl suits this size (aluminium alloy bowls apply to size 600 only).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, thread options PT, G (BSPP) and NPT, manual or automatic drain, a 5 um filter element option, gauge scale choices, and an optional reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding the tool-change and clamping circuits of a machining centre, with the automatic drain handling condensate between shifts.
Conditioning the air that drives pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a packaging conveyor, holding a stable setpoint so cycle timing stays consistent.
A filter-regulator at each drop point off the factory air ring main, protecting downstream valves and tools while the check valve holds the setting if supply pressure dips.
Size and port: the GFR series steps through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 to 1 in - match the size step to the flow your line needs, then match the port to your piping. This unit is 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port; G (BSPP) and NPT threads are order options. Drain: automatic drain suits unattended duty; manual drain gives operator control; the differential-pressure type is the series default. Filter grade: 40 um standard, 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is required. Gauge: the embedded square gauge is standard with MPa, psi or bar scales, and an external round gauge is optional. A reverse/check valve (code K, fitted here) holds downstream settings if upstream pressure is lost, and a mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and required flow and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
A = automatic drain (instead of the differential-pressure default or a manual drain), F2 = embedded square gauge with a psi scale, and K = a reverse/check valve is fitted. The 300-10 part means 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port, and no thread letter means PT, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options.
