The AirTAC GFR300-10F3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10F3TK is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically as flow passes through, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds the set pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The polycarbonate bowl is standard at this size, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR300 series is one of four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread choices of PT, G or NPT, manual or automatic drain variants, a 5 um element option, and gauge or no-gauge builds. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop feeding an assembly cell, the unit strips water and pipe-scale from the shop main and holds a steady regulated pressure to the cell's air tools and clamps, with the check valve holding the setting through supply dips.
Mounted ahead of the solenoid valves driving conveyor gate cylinders and diverters, the filter regulator keeps grit and condensate out of the valve spools and lets the line set one clean working pressure for the whole run.
Fitted on the supply to a pneumatic press or workholding clamp circuit, the unit lets the operator dial in the clamping pressure on the bar-scaled gauge while the 40 um element protects the cylinder seals from airborne contamination.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: the GFR300 with its 3/8 in NPT port sits in the middle of the range, with 200, 400 and 600 sizes stepping down or up in port and flow capacity. The 40 um element in this unit suits general plant air; specify the W variant where finer filtration is needed. Drain type matters: the differential-pressure drain here needs no attention during operation, while manual-drain variants suit low-flow or intermittently used lines and also widen the regulation range down to 0.05 MPa. The square gauge is scaled in bar here; MPa and psi scales are available, and an external round gauge is an option. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options. A bracket is included, and the K code adds the reverse valve. Because published flow data is curves rather than one rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data and correct sizing from the datasheet on request.
Blank in the drain position means the differential-pressure drain, which vents accumulated condensate automatically as air flows through the bowl, so no routine draining is needed. A manual-drain variant (code M) suits lines with little or intermittent flow, and it also widens the regulation range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi).
