The AirTAC GFR300-10T AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 3/8 in, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300-10T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in one compact body. This unit is built with a 3/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element rises, and a fitted round pressure gauge scaled in bar. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl suits the 300 size, and no mounting bracket is included with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or automatic drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, a reverse/check valve, or G/NPT threads in place of PT. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clean, regulated air to the tool-change clamps and pneumatic cylinders of a CNC milling cell, with the bar-scaled gauge letting operators check set pressure at a glance.
Conditions the supply to conveyor stopper cylinders and case-erector clamps on a packaging line, where the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate off the valves without daily manual draining.
Serves as the single filter-regulator point on a control panel that supplies positioners and pilot valves on a process skid, with the 40 um element guarding instrument-grade components.
Sizing a GFR filter regulator starts with the port and size step: this 300-size unit carries a 3/8 in NPT port, one step up from 1/4 in and one below 1/2 in, so match it to the air consumption of the machine it feeds. Choose the drain to match maintenance access: the differential-pressure drain fitted here works unattended, an automatic drain (code A) discharges condensate continuously, and a manual drain (code M) needs someone to open it. The standard 40 um element protects most actuators and valves; specify the 5 um W-grade element where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - bar on this unit), thread family (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and bracket inclusion are all selectable.
Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves and not as a single rated figure, we cannot quote a rated flow number here. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application's air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
This configuration has a differential-pressure drain: it discharges collected condensate automatically when the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises, so no manual draining is needed in normal service. If you prefer a manual drain or a fully automatic drain, those are available as order options on the GFR300 series.
