The AirTAC GFR300-15 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2, psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-15 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in one compact body. This 300-size unit has 1/2 in PT ports, a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a fitted reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR line runs from size 200 to 600 with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, G (BSPP) and NPT thread variants, 5 um (W) elements, automatic or differential-pressure drains, and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and regulating the shop-air feed to a CNC machining centre, so spindles, tool changers and pneumatic clamps see dry, particulate-free air at a set pressure.
Conditioning air for the cylinders and diverters on a packaging or cartoning line, with the manual drain bled during shift-start checks and the check valve holding the setpoint if supply dips.
Feeding a dedicated air drop at an assembly or fabrication workstation, giving operators a locally set, filtered supply for air tools, clamps and small actuators.
Size the GFR by the flow your line needs: step up from 200 to 300 to 400 to 600 as port size and air demand grow - this 300 unit carries 1/2 in PT ports. Choose the drain to match access: manual (this unit) for periodic bleeding where someone visits the machine, automatic for unattended drains, or differential-pressure as the default. Pick the 40 um standard element for general plant air, or the 5 um (W) element for finer protection. Gauge scale is MPa, psi (this unit) or bar; thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; a bracket is included.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in GFR30015MF2K specifies a manual drain: condensate collects in the polycarbonate bowl and is bled by hand, which suits stations that are checked regularly. The same 300-size unit is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain (no code) - the drain choice also sets the regulation range, with manual-drain units adjusting from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
