The AirTAC GFR300-15C3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-15C3T is a 300-size filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your set point. This configuration is fitted with 1/2 in NPT ports, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element rises, and an external round pressure gauge reading in bar. The standard regulator covers a setting range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the unit handles a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at temperatures from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl keeps the condensate level visible at a glance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, in PT (standard), G and NPT threads, with 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the directional valve and cylinder of a pneumatic press, where the 1/2 in NPT port suits the main supply run and the bar gauge lets operators check set pressure at the cell.
Conditioning the air feeding stopper, pusher and clamp actuators along a packaging conveyor, with the differential-pressure drain keeping condensate off the valves without daily manual draining.
Supplying clean, pressure-controlled air to the clamping and tool-change circuits of a CNC machining centre, where stable regulation protects repeatability and the 40 um element shields downstream components.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) so the port and body match the flow your line needs; this 300-size unit carries 1/2 in NPT ports. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this model) needs no attention, automatic drains continuously, and manual suits supervised points. Pick 40 um as the standard element or 5 um (code W) where finer protection matters, and choose the gauge scale - this unit is fitted with a round gauge in bar; square embedded gauges in MPa or psi scales are also available. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the equipment you are feeding, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain (the standard on this unit) releases collected condensate automatically when the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises, so it suits unattended installations. If your air is very wet, choose the automatic-drain option; if the unit sits where draining is supervised, the manual-drain option is available - note the manual-drain version has a wider 0.05-0.9 MPa setting range.
