The AirTAC GFR300-15JNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300-15JNTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size-300 unit has a 1/2 in NPT port, a 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that discharges collected condensate as the pressure drop across the element rises, so no manual draining routine is needed. The regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20 to 130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No gauge is fitted, a reverse-flow check valve is built in so downstream air cannot back through the unit when upstream supply is shut off, and no mounting bracket is included. The polycarbonate bowl suits this size; only size 600 uses an aluminium alloy bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. GFR filter regulators are made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) elements, gauge options, and PT (standard), G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the full datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the tool-clamp and coolant-nozzle circuits of a CNC machining centre, where the 40 um element strips water and particulate from shop air and the regulator holds a steady setpoint to the clamping valves.
Supplying regulated air to the cylinder-driven flap-folders and tape heads of a carton-sealing conveyor; the built-in reverse-flow check valve keeps downstream cylinders from venting back through the unit when the line is isolated at changeover.
Regulating supply to the fill-valve and capping-head actuators on a bottling line, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate from a humid compressor room without a daily manual draining routine.
Choose the size by port and air demand: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port; step up to 400 or 600 for larger drops or down to 200 for compact circuits. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no operator attention, automatic (A) discharges condensate continuously, manual (M) requires periodic draining. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um finer element. Gauges (square embedded or round external, in MPa, psi or bar scales), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and brackets are all selectable. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, setpoint and air consumption and we will confirm the correct size and the full datasheet figures on request.
This unit carries the N code, so no gauge is fitted. GFR filter regulators can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - just ask for the equivalent code with the gauge option when ordering.
