The AirTAC GFR30008AC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30008AC1T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is a size 300 unit with a 1/4 in NPT port, an automatic drain that bleeds collected condensate from the PC bowl without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element, and a round pressure gauge scaled in MPa. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, PT/G/NPT threads, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) elements, gauge styles and scales, and low-pressure or standard regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clean, pressure-controlled air to the tool-change and clamping circuits of a CNC cell, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the valves between shifts.
Conditions the air feeding gripper and sealing cylinders on a carton packaging conveyor, holding a steady set pressure so seal timing stays repeatable.
Mounted on the drop leg of a plant air header serving a small pneumatic press, filtering line scale and water while the round MPa gauge gives operators a local setpoint readout.
Step up or down through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and flow path your line needs; this size 300 unit carries a 1/4 in NPT port. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (as here) for unattended condensate removal, manual for a hands-on check, or the differential-pressure default. The 40 um element is standard; specify the W option for a 5 um grade. Gauge style and scale (square embedded or round external; MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and the bracket are all decodable from the code. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote honestly. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
The A in the code GFR30008AC1T selects the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate from the PC bowl on its own - useful where the unit is mounted out of reach. The alternatives are the manual drain (M) for supervised draining and the differential-pressure drain (blank), which is the default. All three share the same 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) regulator adjustment range on this configuration.
