The AirTAC GFR30008ALC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30008ALC2TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 300-size unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/4 in NPT port, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without operator attention, the standard 40 um filter element, a low-pressure regulator, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a built-in check valve and an included mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the polycarbonate bowl allows a visual check of the condensate level.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamping fixtures and air-over-oil intensifiers on an assembly line that run below standard line pressure, where the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle, repeatable clamp force and the 40 um element keeps spool valves clean.
Point-of-use conditioning for sealing jaws and pick-and-place cylinders on packaging lines: filtered, regulated air delivered at the machine, with the automatic drain handling condensate through long production runs.
Supplying low-pressure air to leak-test benches and laboratory rigs where the round psi gauge gives a direct local readout and the built-in check valve holds the downstream setting if the supply dips.
Choose the size by port and air demand: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and capacity, so match the 300 size / 1/4 in NPT port here to your line size. Drain options are differential-pressure (standard), automatic (this unit) and manual; automatic suits unmanned or hard-to-reach installations. Filter grade is 40 um as standard or 5 um with code W where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauges are the embedded square type or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Threads are PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; a bracket is included on this unit. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application - supply pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop - and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The automatic drain (code A) ejects collected condensate from the polycarbonate bowl without operator attention. The GFR300 is also available with a manual drain (code M) or the differential-pressure drain that is the standard fitment, so you can match the drain to how closely the machine is attended.
