The AirTAC GFR30008C2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This GFR30008C2TK is built for a 1/4 in NPT port, with the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that discharges collected condensate automatically when the pressure difference across the unit reaches its threshold. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and a round gauge scaled in psi is fitted so the set pressure can be read directly. A reverse/check valve is included to hold downstream pressure if the supply drops, and a mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing); the bowl on the 300 size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so if you need a rated flow or any other datasheet value for sizing, ask us and we will confirm it on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Air preparation for the clamping and ram circuits of a small stamping or forming press, where clean, regulated air keeps cycle pressure consistent shift after shift.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the stopper gates and pusher cylinders along a bottling or packaging conveyor, with the check valve holding position if supply dips.
Clean, regulated air to pneumatic ball-valve and damper actuators on a water-treatment or chemical dosing skid, with the 40 um element protecting the actuator seals.
Size and port set the flow capacity: the GFR300 here is the mid-range size with a 1/4 in NPT port; step down to 200 or up to 400 or 600 as your air demand changes. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (this model) discharges condensate without attention, automatic drains continuously, and manual drain suits installations where an operator can bleed the bowl - note that the manual-drain version widens the regulation range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi). Filter grade is 40 um as standard; specify code W for 5 um when finer particulate removal is needed. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order) and bracket are also selectable. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and other datasheet values on request before you order.
The K code fits a reverse/check valve, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops. The drain is the differential-pressure type: it discharges collected condensate from the PC bowl automatically when the pressure difference across the unit reaches its threshold, with no manual bleeding needed.
