The AirTAC GFR30010ALJC2T AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines a filter and a pressure regulator in a single body: air passes through the filter element, condensate and particulate collect in the bowl, and the regulated outlet feeds the downstream circuit. This unit is the GFR300 size with an NPT3/8 (3/8 in) NPT port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, the standard 40 um filtration grade, and the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run at reduced set pressures. A round gauge scaled in psi is fitted so the outlet setting can be read directly. The bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is included with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, a reverse/check valve, G or NPT thread options and an optional bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding hold-down clamps and low-pressure actuation circuits on a stamping or forming press, where the regulator holds a reduced outlet setting and the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the valve stack.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to carton sealers and case-packing lines, protecting cylinders and control valves from water and scale while the psi gauge lets the line setter verify the setting.
Conditioning the air ahead of spray guns and coating heads in a paint booth, where clean, low-pressure supply and automatic moisture draining support consistent finish quality.
Size the unit by the port step and the flow your line needs: GFR300 carries a 3/8 in port, and stepping to GFR200 or GFR400 changes both the port and the flow band. Where a bowl is fitted you choose the drain: automatic (this unit, code A) for unattended duty, manual where you prefer scheduled draining, or the differential-pressure default. The 40 um element is standard; specify W for the 5 um grade when finer particulate removal matters. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge (this unit: round, psi scale), with MPa, psi or bar scales, and the thread can be ordered as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application conditions and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no single flow number is quoted here. Send us your line pressure, port size and expected air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this exact model before you order.
A is the drain: an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention (the alternatives are manual, code M, or the differential-pressure default). C is the round external gauge and 2 is its psi scale; the embedded square gauge remains standard and MPa or bar scales can be ordered. The trailing T is the NPT thread option; PT is the standard thread.
