The AirTAC GFR30010ANT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Auto Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010ANT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a single body that first removes water and particulate from compressed air, then regulates downstream pressure. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, 40 um standard filtration, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, and a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). No gauge is fitted on this variant, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional 5 um filtration (code W), manual or differential-pressure drain alternatives, and PT or G thread options to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop to a machining centre, the unit strips water and chips of particulate from the shop air and holds a steady regulated pressure to the machine's pneumatic valves and actuators, with the automatic drain handling condensate between shifts.
Mounted on the air drop feeding conveyor stop-and-sort cylinders on a packaging line, it protects the cylinders from moisture and dirt while keeping working pressure consistent as line demand fluctuates through the day.
Used at a take-off from the main plant air ring feeding an assembly cell, it delivers cleaned, regulated air to hand tools and clamping fixtures, with the included bracket allowing tidy panel or frame mounting.
Size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port suits lines where the required flow sits in the mid range of the GFR family; step up to size 400 or 600 for larger demand, or down to size 200 for compact circuits, using the published flow curves to compare. The automatic drain on this unit suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations; choose manual drain where you prefer controlled discharge, or differential-pressure drain as the default. Filtration is 40 um as standard; specify 5 um (code W) if downstream equipment needs finer protection. This variant has no gauge - gauge and scale options exist on other GFR codes if you want visual pressure indication. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a l/min or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted; other GFR300 codes include an embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale if you want visual indication. The A means automatic drain: collected condensate is discharged from the PC bowl without manual intervention, which suits unattended installations.
