The AirTAC GFR30010F3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Square Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30010F3T is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT thread, a 40 um standard filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that removes collected condensate automatically without manual bowl draining. The standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the fitted embedded square gauge reads in bar. The polycarbonate bowl suits non-freezing compressed-air service from -5 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, optional G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and bracket mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off point of a factory compressed-air ring main, it strips water and pipe-scale from the supply and sets a stable, reduced pressure for the machines fed from that drop.
Feeding clamps and air-operated press cylinders on a machining cell, it delivers filtered air and holds the regulated pressure the fixture designer specified, with the bar-scale square gauge for local setting.
Supplying air to packaging machinery, diverters and conveyor actuation, it protects downstream valves and cylinders from condensate and debris while keeping operating pressure steady through shift-long duty.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT port; larger sizes carry larger ports and higher flow capacity, which we confirm from the catalogue curves on request. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (this unit) drains automatically, automatic drain (code A) suits unattended duty, and manual drain (code M) gives operator control. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar; this unit is bar), and the thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options - this unit carries the NPT option. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow data as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing and the relevant datasheet figures on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain is the default: it discharges collected condensate automatically as the pressure differential across the element builds, so the bowl does not need routine manual draining. Alternatives are the automatic drain (code A) and the manual drain (code M); all three are decodable choices across the GFR range.
