The AirTAC GFR30010JC2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010JC2WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air through a fine 5 um element and holds a set downstream pressure within the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. This configuration is 3/8 in NPT threaded, carries a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, and is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is built in, and no mounting bracket is included. The polycarbonate bowl suits the standard 300 size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding cleaned, pressure-set air to a stamping or assembly press actuator circuit, with the check valve holding the set pressure if upstream supply dips.
Conditioning the air that drives conveyor stopper cylinders and gating on a packaging line, where the 5 um element protects directional valves from debris and water.
Supplying regulated, finely filtered air to a laboratory automation skid or analytical instrument panel, with the psi gauge giving a local set-point readout.
Size the GFR300 by port and expected flow: step up or down through the 200/300/400/600 sizes and their ports (here 3/8 in NPT) to match the air demand of the circuit. Choose the drain to suit attendance: differential-pressure (this unit) bleeds with flow, automatic drains on its own, manual needs periodic operator action. This unit carries the 5 um (W) element; the 40 um standard grade is the alternative if only coarse protection is needed. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or this external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; brackets are optional (this unit has none), and a reverse/check valve can be specified (fitted here).
Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves and not as a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for your application before you order.
The differential-pressure drain bleeds accumulated condensate automatically as air flows through the bowl, so it suits continuously used lines without operator attention. The alternatives in the GFR family are the automatic drain (code A), which drains on its own schedule, and the manual drain (code M), which is emptied by hand and suits intermittent duty. Note the manual-drain variant has a wider 0.05-0.9 MPa adjustment range, while this differential-pressure unit adjusts 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
