The AirTAC GFR30010LF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010LF3TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and reduces the pressure supplied downstream. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, and the low-pressure regulator type. A square gauge with a bar scale is embedded for setting the outlet pressure, a reverse (check) valve is fitted, a mounting bracket is included, and the polycarbonate bowl suits the 300 size (size 600 uses aluminium alloy).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with PT, G and NPT thread options, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, an optional 5 um element, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filters and regulates the air feeding a bench pneumatic press or clamping fixture, keeping water and 40 um-and-larger particles out of the valve stack while the low-pressure regulator sets the reduced working pressure the tooling needs.
Mounted at the air drop feeding conveyor stopper and pusher cylinders on a packaging line, where the 3/8 in port and the low-pressure regulator type suit circuits run below standard line pressure.
Installed at a spray-booth or blow-off station drop, the 40 um element removes water and particulate ahead of the gun while the low-pressure regulator sets the working pressure at the point of use.
Match the size and port to the air demand: this 300-size unit carries a 3/8 in NPT port, and the larger sizes step up in port and flow capacity. Drain choice is differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (code A) or manual (code M); filter grade is 40 um standard with 5 um available as code W. The square gauge is embedded with your choice of MPa, psi or bar scale - this unit is bar - and thread can be PT (the standard), G or NPT; a bracket is included and can be omitted with code J. The L in this code marks the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to check the GFR300 curve against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
K is the code for a fitted reverse (check) valve on this filter regulator. If you prefer the same 300-size, 3/8 in NPT unit without the check valve, order the equivalent code without the K suffix - we can help you match it.
