The AirTAC GFR30010LF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30010LF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates the downstream pressure. This configuration is built on a 3/8 in NPT port, carries the finer 5 um filter element, drains condensate by differential pressure, and is the low-pressure regulator type. It is supplied with the embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a reverse/check valve fitted, a mounting bracket included, and a polycarbonate bowl. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, one configuration within the G-series range that spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a 40 um standard element, automatic or manual drain alternatives, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, low-pressure regulated air to the clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture. The 5 um element protects the clamp valve from particulate and condensed water, while the fitted check valve helps hold the clamped circuit if upstream pressure dips.
Conditions the air feeding the sealing and pressing cylinders on a packaging line: the filter section strips water and fine dirt before the regulator sets the lower working pressure the sealing station needs, read on the square bar gauge.
Supplies cleaned, regulated air to gripper and lift cylinders along a conveyor transfer point, with the differential-pressure drain bleeding accumulated condensate from the polycarbonate bowl during normal operation.
Size the unit by port and flow: this is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port, and larger sizes carry more flow. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm the curve against your air demand before ordering. The real choices on this family are: drain type (differential-pressure as fitted here, or automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard or the 5 um W grade fitted here), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar, with the embedded square gauge standard and an external round gauge optional), thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options), and the bracket. Note that this is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not in the published table, so we confirm it on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your air demand and line pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
It marks the low-pressure regulator type. This version regulates at the lower end of the pressure range; the exact adjustment span for the low-pressure type is not in the published table, so we confirm it on request. Everything else decodes directly: 3/8 in NPT port, 5 um element, differential-pressure drain, square gauge scaled in bar, check valve fitted and bracket included.
