The AirTAC GFR30010LJF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30010LJF2GK is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates the downstream pressure. This GFR300 configuration has a G3/8 (BSPP) port, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain and the low-pressure regulator type. Water separated from the air collects in the polycarbonate bowl. An embedded square gauge with a psi scale is fitted, and the K option adds a reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure cannot back-feed through the unit. This J code comes without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is made in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to fixture clamps on a CNC cell: the 40 um element keeps line dirt and condensed water out of the clamp cylinders, while the low-pressure regulator lets the setter hold a gentle, repeatable clamp force at the fixture.
Sealing jaws and hold-down circuits on a carton or blister line often run at modest pressures: this unit cleans the shop air at the machine and gives operators a local psi gauge to set the low sealing pressure without touching the main supply.
A booth-side feed where the gun needs a low, steady atomising pressure: the check valve stops back-feed from disturbing the setting, and the differential-pressure drain clears the water that collects in the polycarbonate bowl.
Start with size: GFR300 sits in the middle of the 200/300/400/600 range, and the G3/8 port should match your line size and the air your actuators need - we can check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. Drain: this code uses the differential-pressure drain; automatic and manual drains are available in the family. Filtration: 40 um standard here, with 5 um (code W) where finer protection is wanted. The fitted square gauge reads in psi, with MPa and bar scales as alternatives. Thread: this unit is G (BSPP); PT and NPT versions can be ordered. This J code has no mounting bracket; bracketed versions exist. The low-pressure (L) regulator type is chosen for circuits needing lower set pressures - its exact adjustment range is not published in our data, so confirm it with us before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure and the air demand of your actuators and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
This code uses the differential-pressure drain, which discharges water collected in the polycarbonate bowl as the pressure differential across the filter builds. The GFR300 family is also available with fully automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drains if your installation suits those better.
