The AirTAC GFR30010MLJC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This unit, GFR30010MLJC3TK, is built with a 3/8 in NPT port, a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A round gauge with a bar scale is fitted, and a reverse (check) valve is built in to prevent reverse flow. No mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl lets you see the condensate level, which is drained by hand.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port, thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional) and gauge scale. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures against your application - we will send the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding spray guns on a wood or metal finishing line: the 40 um element strips water and particles that ruin a paint finish, and the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle, stable setting at the gun.
Pneumatic flap-fold and tamping cylinders on a carton sealer often run at low pressure to avoid crushing the box; the regulator keeps that setting steady and the fitted check valve prevents reverse flow.
Low-pressure pneumatic clamps that hold painted or soft parts without marking them; filtered air protects the cylinder seals and the round bar gauge gives operators a visible, repeatable setting.
Size and port set the air capacity: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port; step up to size 400 or 600 if your line needs more flow, or down to 200 for compact points of use. Drain choice matters: manual drain (this code) means you open the drain by hand during maintenance, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filter grade is 40 um as standard; choose the W code for a 5 um element where finer protection is needed. The gauge here reads in bar; MPa and psi scales are available, and the embedded square gauge is the standard alternative to this external round gauge. Thread is PT as standard across the series, with G and NPT as order options - this code is the NPT version. Brackets are optional. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
Condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is drained by hand - open the drain fitting during routine checks or maintenance. If you prefer unattended drainage, GFR codes with automatic or differential-pressure drains are available in the same size.
