The AirTAC GFR30010MLJF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30010MLJF2TK is a 300-size filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is built for low-pressure service (L type), has 3/8 in NPT ports, a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate, the standard 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted. No mounting bracket is included (J code). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), drain type, filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with W) and gauge scale. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR300 | G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds a clamping or holding circuit on an assembly fixture that runs at reduced line pressure, giving the station filtered air and a locally set, gauge-monitored supply while the check valve holds the circuit if upstream pressure dips.
Sits at the drop to a machining centre's pneumatic circuit, knocking water and 40 um-plus particles out of the shop air and letting the setter dial in the pressure the tool-changer and clamps need, read directly off the psi gauge.
Installed ahead of the actuated cylinders and air jets on a carton-sealing or wrapping line, conditioning the supply and holding a stable set pressure for the shift, with a manual drain worked into the daily check routine.
Start with the port step: this unit is the 300 size with 3/8 in NPT ports; step up or down (200/400/600) if your line runs larger or smaller. Because this is the L (low-pressure) type, confirm the set pressure you need against the published range before ordering - we will check it for you. Drain is manual here, so plan a routine blow-down; automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) versions exist if you prefer hands-off draining. The 40 um element is standard; specify W for the 5 um grade if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The embedded square gauge is scaled in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this unit - PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. No bracket is fitted (J); brackets are optional. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
L marks the low-pressure type of regulator. Because the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure version is not published in the material we hold, please confirm your required set pressure with us before ordering - we will check it against the datasheet. The unit's maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
