The AirTAC GFR30015JC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/2 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This unit is configured with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. No mounting bracket is fitted and no reverse/check valve is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the polycarbonate bowl lets you see the condensate level at a glance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, in PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, and embedded square or external round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to the tool-changer and clamping circuits of a CNC machining centre, where the 40 um element keeps condensate and particulate out of directional valves.
Supplying regulated air to stopper and pusher cylinders on a bottling or cartoning conveyor, where the round MPa gauge lets line staff set and verify supply pressure at a glance.
Feeding impact wrenches and nutrunners at assembly benches, with a stable regulated supply and filtered air protecting the tools' trigger valves from water and debris.
Size and port set the capacity: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port; step up to size 400 or 600 as your air demand grows. Drain options are differential-pressure (this unit, which bleeds condensate as the pressure differential rises), fully automatic (code A) or manual (code M). Filtration is 40 um standard; choose the W option for 5 um when downstream valves and cylinders need finer protection. Gauges come as an embedded square type or an external round type, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this unit carries a round MPa gauge. Thread is NPT here, with PT (the standard) and G (BSPP) available as order options, and a mounting bracket can be added since J means none is fitted. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your air demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit's differential-pressure drain bleeds collected condensate as the pressure differential across the filter rises, with no operator action. The same size is also available with a fully automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M); note that the manual-drain version also widens the regulator adjustment range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi).
