The AirTAC GFR30015JF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30015JF2GK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator, a single-body unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one assembly. This configuration is the 300 size with a G1/2 (BSPP) port, the standard 40 um filter element, and the differential-pressure drain, which bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough - no daily manual draining on a steadily working line. The built-in square gauge reads in psi, the regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream pressure if the supply drops. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl suits this size; only the 600 size uses an aluminium alloy bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 5 um element option (code W), gauge scale options, and G or NPT thread variants to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to a machining centre's tool-changer and clamping circuits, with the check valve holding set pressure through brief supply dips and the psi gauge letting setters verify line pressure at a glance.
Conditioning the air feeding conveyor stoppers, diverters and carton-closing cylinders on a packaging line, where the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate moving without an operator stopping to drain a bowl.
Installed as a point-of-use filter regulator on a drop from a factory compressed-air ring main, supplying air tools and small pneumatic panels at a stable, locally set pressure below the main's line pressure.
Step up or down through the 200/300/400/600 sizes against the flow your line needs - the 300 size with its 1/2 inch port sits in the middle of the range, and we will confirm the curve against your demand before you order. Choose the drain to match the duty: differential-pressure (this unit) for continuous lines, automatic for unattended duty, or manual where condensate is light and someone walks the line. The standard 40 um element protects most actuators and valves; specify the 5 um W option where finer protection matters. This unit ships as a specification with a square psi gauge and a fitted check valve; the gauge scale can be MPa or bar instead, an external round gauge is optional, and G (this unit) or NPT threads are order options against the PT standard. A mounting bracket can be added where the J (no bracket) build needs one.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated l/min or SCFM number. Send us your application's flow demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this 300-size, 1/2-inch-port unit and tell you whether it fits or whether you should step to the 400 or 600 size.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted: if upstream supply fails or drops, the valve holds the regulated downstream pressure instead of letting it bleed back, which protects an in-cycle machine or process. The F2 means the embedded square gauge reads in psi; MPa or bar scales are available as order options if your plant works in metric units.
