The AirTAC GFR30015LC2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30015LC2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 300 unit is built around a 1/2 in NPT port, with the low-pressure regulator type (L), a fine 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, and a reverse/check valve (K) fitted so downstream pressure is held if the supply drops. An external round pressure gauge with a psi scale is included, and the mounting bracket is supplied.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, standard or low-pressure regulation, 40 um or 5 um filtration, a choice of drain, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the air feeding a bank of directional control valves on an automated line, with the check valve holding the manifold pressure if the main supply dips.
Conditioning the supply to carton sealers and wrap stations, where the 5 um element protects sensitive actuator and pilot circuits and the low-pressure type matches low working pressures.
Supplying regulated, filtered air to pneumatic screwdrivers and clamping fixtures at a bench, with the psi gauge giving the operator a clear local pressure reading.
Start with the port and size: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port, so check it against the pipe size and the flow your line needs - we can confirm flow against the published curves before you order. The low-pressure (L) regulator type suits circuits that work below the standard range; the exact adjustment range for this type is not published, so confirm it with us. The 5 um (W) element is the finer of the two grades (40 um is standard) and suits components that need cleaner air. The differential-pressure drain bleeds the bowl automatically as pressure drops across the element - no daily manual draining. The round psi gauge is fitted; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are the alternatives. NPT is ordered as the T option; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available. A bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure. Send us your line pressure, downstream pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is retained when the upstream supply is lost. The drain is the differential-pressure type (no letter in the code): it bleeds collected water from the bowl automatically as flow passes through the element, so no manual draining is needed in normal operation.
