The AirTAC GFR30015LJC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the 300 size with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) PT thread, the standard 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough - no daily manual draining needed. It is the low-pressure type, fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve is fitted so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl lets you see the condensate level at a glance. No mounting bracket is included with this code.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request, since flow is published as curves rather than a single rated number.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the cylinder and actuator bank of a cartoning or wrapping line, where the low-pressure setting protects delicate sealing and folding motions from pressure spikes.
Supplying filtered, low-pressure air to the clamp cylinders on a machining fixture, with the check valve holding clamp pressure if the shop supply dips mid-cycle.
Conditioning air for the diverter gates and stop cylinders along a conveyor line, keeping water and debris out of the directional valves while holding a gentle, stable working pressure.
Size and port: the 300 size with PT1/2 suits lines plumbed in 1/2 in; step up to 400/600 or down to 200 depending on the flow your application needs - ask us to check the published flow curves against your demand before ordering. Drain: differential-pressure is fitted here; choose automatic (A) for continuous condensate removal or manual (M) where you want to drain on a schedule. Filter grade: this unit carries the standard 40 um element; specify W for the 5 um grade if downstream valves or instruments need finer protection. Gauge: the external round gauge here reads in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread: PT is the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. Low-pressure type: this is the L variant, intended where regulated pressure must stay well below standard ranges - the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published, so confirm it with us. Bracket: not included with this code (J); order one if panel or wall mounting is needed.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, regulated pressure and the air demand of your equipment, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. If the upstream supply fails or drops, the valve holds the regulated downstream pressure instead of letting it bleed back through the unit - useful on clamps, grippers and any circuit that must not lose pressure momentarily. This code is also the low-pressure (L) type with an external round psi gauge, a differential-pressure drain, the standard 40 um element and no mounting bracket.
