The AirTAC GFR30015LJC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30015LJC2WK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built on the 300 size with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port, a 5 um filter element (code W) and the low-pressure regulator type (code L). It carries the differential-pressure drain as standard, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and an integral reverse (check) valve (code K), and it is supplied without a mounting bracket (code J). The polycarbonate bowl gives a clear view of the condensate level. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamp and hold-down cylinders on a carton-sealing or case-packing line that runs at reduced pressure. The regulator sets the working pressure the circuit needs, and the fitted check valve helps hold the downstream circuit if upstream supply is interrupted.
Supplying air to nozzle-based blow-off or labeling hold-down stations along a bottling conveyor. The 5 um element protects small orifices from particulate and carryover water, while the regulator holds the reduced pressure the station is set up for.
Conditioning supply air to a PLC-driven pneumatic control panel on a production machine: filtration ahead of the panel and a regulated low-pressure supply for pilot valves, with the round psi gauge giving operators a local pressure reading.
Size and port step up with flow demand: this 300-size unit carries a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port; step up to 400 or 600 for larger circuits or down to 200 for compact ones. Filtration here is the finer 5 um element (code W); the 40 um standard element suits applications that do not need fine filtration. Drain is the differential-pressure type; automatic (A) and manual (M) versions are catalogue options if your duty suits them better. The gauge fitted is the external round type reading in psi (code C2); the embedded square gauge with MPa or bar scales is the alternative. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and this configuration omits the mounting bracket (code J). Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Send us your application details - line pressure, downstream demand and duty cycle - and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
GFR is the filter-regulator family, 300 is the size, 15 is the PT1/2 port, L is the low-pressure regulator type, J means no mounting bracket, C2 is the external round gauge with a psi scale, W is the 5 um filter element, and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. The drain is the standard differential-pressure type.
