The AirTAC GFR30015LJF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR30015LJF2GK is a GFR300-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure, all in one body. This configuration is the 300 size with a G1/2 (BSPP) port, the low-pressure regulator type, and the 40 um standard filter element. The differential-pressure drain bleeds collected condensate from the bowl automatically as air flows through, with no manual draining in normal operation. It includes the embedded square gauge scaled in psi and a built-in reverse (check) valve, and is ordered without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale options, and G or NPT thread variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use water removal and a steady low setpoint for carton-sealing and case-erector cylinders on a packaging line, with the check valve holding the circuit if upstream supply dips.
Filtered, low-pressure regulated air for pneumatic clamps and workholding fixtures on a machining cell, where a stable moderate setpoint protects the part and the psi gauge gives operators a visible reference.
Conditioned air for diverter gates and pusher cylinders along a sorting conveyor, keeping moisture and debris out of the valves while the regulator holds the gate pressure steady.
Step through the GFR sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to the port your line needs - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow, and we can check the published flow curve against your demand before you order. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us if your setpoint is critical. Drain here is differential-pressure (self-bleeding with flow); automatic and manual drains are orderable alternatives. Filtration is the 40 um standard element - specify code W for the 5 um grade. The fitted square gauge reads psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread is G (BSPP); PT is the catalogue standard and G/NPT are order options. No mounting bracket is included (code J).
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curve on request before you order.
This configuration uses the differential-pressure drain (the default, no drain letter in the code): collected condensate is bled from the PC bowl automatically as air flows through, so no routine manual draining is needed. If your application has low or intermittent flow, an automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drain can be ordered instead.
