The AirTAC GFR30015MC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/2 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, so one unit cleans the air and holds a steady downstream setting. This configuration is the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in polycarbonate, a 40 um standard filter element, and a manual drain that you open periodically to release collected condensate. Regulation covers 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), a round pressure gauge reading in psi is fitted so you can set and monitor the outlet pressure, and a reverse/check valve is included to hold the downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), and gauge choices in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to a machining center's pneumatic tool-clamp and chip-blow-off circuits, where the 1/2 in port matches the main drop and the check valve holds the clamp setting during supply dips.
Conditioning the air feeding carton sealers and case packers on a packaging line, keeping water and debris out of the cylinders while the regulator holds a consistent setting for smooth box handling.
Installed at a workshop air drop serving impact tools, air guns and small actuators, filtering the shared compressed-air supply and letting each station set its own working pressure on the psi gauge.
Start with the port and size: this unit steps up to 1/2 in NPT on the 300 body, which suits lines running larger cylinders or multiple take-offs; smaller or larger duties step to the 200, 400 or 600 sizes. Choose the drain to match attendance: manual (this unit) needs someone to open the drain, automatic drains on their own, and differential-pressure drains purge on flow. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W code for 5 um where finer filtration matters. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) and this unit carries a round psi gauge; a square embedded gauge is the standard style. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included.
One honest note before ordering: AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow here. Send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or l/min number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow curves and sizing for the 300 size with the 1/2 in NPT port on request.
The M in the code means the polycarbonate bowl has a manual drain: condensate collects in the bowl and someone opens the drain periodically to release it. If you prefer, the same GFR300 series is available with an automatic drain (code A) or a differential-pressure drain (blank), and the regulation range differs slightly: manual-drain units adjust 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure drains adjust 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
