The AirTAC GFR30015MC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30015MC3TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, a round pressure gauge reading in bar, a reverse (check) valve, and an included mounting bracket. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) over a working temperature range of -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options across drain type, 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, thread (PT, G or NPT), bracket and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaned and pressure-set air for impact wrenches, nutrunners and clamping fixtures at assembly stations, with the check valve holding the set pressure if supply dips.
Filtered, regulated air feeding the cylinders and air bells on a carton forming and sealing conveyor, where the manual drain is emptied during scheduled line checks.
Conditioned air to the clamps, tool-change cylinders and purge jets on a machining centre, keeping chips and water out of the machine's valve stack.
Match the size step (200/300/400/600) to the air demand of the equipment downstream: each step up gives a larger port and more flow capacity, and this size 300 unit carries a 1/2 in NPT port. Drain type is a real choice: this unit is manual drain, so someone opens the bowl drain by hand at service intervals, which suits installations checked regularly; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available for unattended moisture removal. The 40 um element is the standard grade, with 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is needed. The round gauge reads in bar; embedded square gauges and MPa or psi scales are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this unit, with PT as the standard and G (BSPP) available to order. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: moisture collected in the polycarbonate bowl is released by hand at service intervals. Choose it where the unit is checked regularly as part of routine maintenance; choose automatic or differential-pressure drain codes instead if the installation runs unattended.
