The AirTAC GFR40010JF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 3/8 in, psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400-10 is a size 400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the bowl is high enough. The set outlet range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), read on the fitted embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold the downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR400 series is one of four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) and can be ordered with a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drain, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to a bench pneumatic press or arbor press station, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the shop supply dips mid-cycle.
Conditioning the air feeding cylinders and clamp actuators on a carton or blister packaging line, where the psi gauge lets operators verify the set point at a glance.
Supplying regulated air to diverters, stoppers and pushers along a conveyor line, with the 40 um element keeping water and debris out of the directional valves.
Step up or down through the 200/300/400/600 sizes to match the port and flow your line needs; size 400 carries the 3/8 in port in this case. Choose the drain to suit the installation: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention during operation, automatic drain suits unattended duty, and manual drain suits low-moisture or periodically checked installations. Pick 40 um for general air preparation or 5 um (code W) where finer particle removal matters. This unit carries the square gauge in psi; MPa and bar scales are available, and an external round gauge is optional. Threads are PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options - this unit is the NPT version. A bracket is optional on this series and not fitted here; the K code adds the reverse/check valve. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet so you can size the unit correctly before ordering.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. It holds the regulated downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted, which protects settings on cylinders and actuators. Units without K have no check function; this GFR400-10 includes it, along with the psi-scaled square gauge and NPT 3/8 in port.
