The AirTAC GFR40010LNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/8" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR40010LNTK is a GFR400-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is the size 400 unit with 3/8 in NPT ports, the low-pressure regulator type, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element rises. No gauge is fitted (code N), and the K code adds a built-in reverse/check valve so downstream pressure is held if the supply side is vented. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 through 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 40 um standard or 5 um (W) element, and gauge or no-gauge variants. Flow figures for the GFR400 are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a bank of pneumatic directional valves on a machine circuit that runs at reduced pressure, with the check valve holding the regulated supply if the upstream side is shut off.
Filtering and regulating the supply to air-knife nozzles and blow-off jets along a packaging conveyor, where the 40 um element keeps water and pipe scale out of the nozzles.
A filtered, regulated drop point at an assembly bench or fixture clamp circuit, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate without daily manual draining.
Size 400 with 3/8 in NPT ports sits in the middle of the GFR range; step up to size 600 or down to size 300 if your line's flow demand points elsewhere - we will check the published flow curves against your application on request. This unit is the low-pressure type (L), intended for circuits regulated well below the standard ceiling; confirm your set pressure with us when ordering. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for the 5 um option if downstream valves or cylinders need finer filtration. The differential-pressure drain is fitted as the default; automatic (A) or manual (M) drain variants exist if your install prefers them. No gauge is supplied (code N) - gauge variants with MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered instead. NPT is the thread on this code; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also available. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR400 flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line conditions and required flow and we will confirm the datasheet figures for this exact model on request before you order.
The N in GFR40010LNTK means no gauge is fitted. Gauge variants of the GFR400 are available with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scale - ask us to quote the gauge-equipped code if you want a local pressure readout at the unit.
