The AirTAC GFR600-20 AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20 is a size 600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is threaded 3/4 in NPT, carries the standard 40 um filter element with a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, and is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator adjusts outlet pressure from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and maximum working inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At this 600 size the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of PT (standard), G or NPT thread, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds the clamping and tool-change circuits of a machining centre, giving the operator a local psi gauge to set holding pressure and a 40 um element to keep chips of contamination out of the clamp cylinders.
Mounted at the drop of a bottling or filling line to condition the air feeding grippers, capping heads and diverters, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate through continuous production shifts.
Supplies the stopper cylinders, pushers and flap diverters along a packaging conveyor, letting a technician dial in the exact psi each station needs from the round gauge without disturbing the main supply.
Size 600 with a 3/4 in port is the largest step in the GFR range; step down to 200/300/400 for lighter circuits or up to this size when your line draws heavily on the same supply, matching the port step to the flow your application needs rather than to pipe size alone. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (as fitted here) needs no attention during operation, automatic suits unattended duty, manual suits periodic checks. The standard 40 um element protects most actuators and valves; specify the 5 um W option where finer protection matters. The round psi gauge on this unit is one of the gauge choices - embedded square gauges are standard and MPa or bar scales are available. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are catalogue options to order, as here. Brackets are optional (this unit is ordered without one).
Before ordering, ask us to confirm sizing: flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rating, so we will check the curve for this size and port against your application's demand.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your inlet pressure and the demand of your circuit and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curve for this size and port before you order.
The differential-pressure drain discharges collected condensate automatically whenever flow through the unit is high enough, so it suits continuously running lines with no operator attention. If your duty is intermittent or you prefer to drain by hand, the same GFR600 body is available with an automatic or manual drain - just ask for that code variant.
