The AirTAC GFR600-20 AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Round psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600-20 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size-600 unit has 3/4 in NPT ports, a manual drain on the bowl, and the standard 40 um filter element. The bowl on this size is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the standard regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This configuration carries the external round gauge with a psi scale, includes the mounting bracket, and is not fitted with a reverse/check valve.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for a CNC machining centre: the GFR600-20 removes water and particulate from the shop-air drop and holds a steady regulated pressure to the machine's pneumatic valves and clamps, with the psi gauge readable at the cell.
Conditioning the air feeding cylinder-driven case packers and conveyor diverters on a packaging line, where a single body does both the filtering and the pressure setting for the downstream actuators.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to quarter-turn pneumatic valve actuators on a process skid, with the manual-drain bowl bled during scheduled rounds and the round psi gauge giving a local setpoint check.
Size the GFR by the port step: this unit is size 600 with 3/4 in NPT ports, the largest step in the range, chosen when the line's required flow calls for the bigger port. Drain type is a real choice: manual drain (this code) needs periodic bleeding by an operator, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate on their own. The filter grade here is the standard 40 um element; specify the W code for the 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit has the round gauge with a psi scale. Thread is NPT on this code; PT is the standard and G is also an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so please ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code GFR60020MC2T specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the aluminium bowl is discharged by operating the drain by hand, so it needs periodic attention as part of your maintenance rounds. Automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are available in the same series if you would rather not bleed it manually.
