The AirTAC GFR600-20ALNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20ALNT is a size-600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate down to 40 um and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, a low-pressure regulator type, no gauge fitted, and an aluminium alloy bowl, which is the bowl material used at size 600. The 3/4 in NPT ports suit larger supply lines, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, PT, G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge options and a low-pressure type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop of a 3/4 in main on a cartoning or case-packing line, it cleans the supply to 40 um and holds a steady low-pressure setting for the actuators, while the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the valves.
On a pneumatic clamping or holding fixture that must not see full line pressure, the low-pressure regulator type lets the circuit run at a reduced setting, with filtered air protecting the clamp cylinders.
Feeding the air jets and cylinders of weaving or spinning machinery from a 3/4 in branch, the unit strips water and 40 um particles and drains automatically between shifts, with the bracket fixing it to the machine frame.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the line: this unit is size 600 with 3/4 in NPT ports, the largest step in the family. Drain type is a real choice: automatic (this unit) for unattended condensate removal, manual where you want operator-controlled draining, or the differential-pressure default. Filtration grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; gauge and scale (round or square, MPa, psi or bar) are options, and this unit carries none. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as order options; a bracket is included here.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this unit on request.
The A in the code selects the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate on its own instead of the differential-pressure default, useful where the unit is not checked daily. The N selects no gauge; a gauge can be specified on other GFR configurations, but this unit is supplied without one.
