The AirTAC GFR600-20F3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20F3TK is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a 3/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, a fitted reverse (check) valve, and a mounting bracket. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with a regulation range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) for this differential-pressure drain version. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scale choices, and G or NPT thread options alongside the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the point of use on a shop-floor air drop, the unit dries and cleans the supply and holds a steady regulated pressure to the cell's actuators, with the check valve helping hold the downstream setting if upstream supply dips.
Feeding cylinders and air-driven grippers on a packaging or conveyor line, the 3/4 in port serves higher-demand headers while the 40 um element keeps rust and pipe scale out of directional valves.
Mounted on a bracket inside a pneumatic control panel, the filter regulator conditions air ahead of solenoid manifolds and process instruments, with the bar-scaled square gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout.
Step up to size 600 when the line demands the larger 3/4 in port and the flow capacity that goes with it; sizes 200, 300 and 400 cover smaller ports. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no daily attention, automatic drains continuously, and manual drain suits attended installations - note the regulation range differs by drain type (0.15-0.9 MPa for auto and differential-pressure, 0.05-0.9 MPa for manual). The 40 um element is standard; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is bar), and the K in the code means the reverse/check valve is fitted. Thread: PT is the standard; G and NPT are catalogue options to order, and this unit is specified NPT. A bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this size before you order.
K means the reverse (check) valve is fitted; a code without K ships without it. The drain on this unit is the differential-pressure type, the default choice: it discharges collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the element is sufficient, with no manual draining required. Automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drains are available as alternative configurations.
