The AirTAC GFR600-20MJNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20MJNTK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 3/4 in NPT port, a manual drain on the bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the supply is interrupted. It is supplied without a pressure gauge and without a mounting bracket. The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Because this is the 600 size, the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread types (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options), drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge options and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air at the point of use for impact wrenches, nutrunners and pneumatic fixtures on a vehicle assembly line, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the main supply drops.
Feeding tape heads, case erectors and palletiser grippers on a packaging conveyor, where the filter keeps tape-adhesive residue and pipe scale out of the cylinders and the regulator holds a steady setting.
Conditioning shop air before it enters bench-top test rigs and pneumatic instrumentation panels, giving technicians a manually drained filter bowl and an adjustable, repeatable supply pressure.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the flow your line needs; this unit is the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as here) for supervised draining, automatic or differential-pressure where the unit is hard to reach. Pick 40 um for general air preparation or the 5 um W element where finer filtration is needed. Decide whether you want a gauge fitted and, if so, which scale (MPa, psi or bar) and style; this configuration has none, so add a gauge separately if you need to read the set pressure. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G is also available to order. Brackets are optional and not included on this code. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number, Cv or SCFM for this unit. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures on request so you can size it correctly.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: someone opens the bowl drain to expel collected water. If the unit will be mounted where regular draining is impractical, the same GFR600 body is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the default, ordered under the matching code.
