The AirTAC GFR600-25 AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in PT, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This is the size 600 unit with a 1 in PT port, the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough. The square pressure gauge is fitted with a psi scale, and the K code means a reverse (check) valve is built in, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT as standard with G and NPT thread options to order, automatic or manual drain variants, a 5 um element option, and gauge or no-gauge configurations. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Drops off a large compressor receiver to feed a production hall: the 1 in port suits a main line, the 40 um element strips water and pipe scale, and the regulator sets a stable working pressure for the whole floor.
Feeding cylinders and actuated gates on a packaging conveyor: the filter-regulator keeps grit and condensate out of the valves while holding the pressure the actuators were set up for, with the check valve holding the line if supply dips.
On a service truck or mobile workshop fed from an on-board compressor: the regulator protects impact wrenches and blow guns from over-pressure, and the differential drain handles condensate during long running periods.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) against the flow your line needs - the 600 size carries the largest port in the series at 1 in. On this unit the drain is differential-pressure, which suits steady-running installations; if your compressor cycles or the line sits idle, an automatic (A) or manual (M) drain variant may suit better. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W code if the application needs 5 um filtration. The fitted square gauge here reads in psi, and MPa or bar scales are available instead. Thread is PT as the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options, stated as specification rather than a delivery matter. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and line conditions and we will confirm the relevant datasheet flow figures for the GFR600 size on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is retained if the upstream supply fails. This unit also uses a differential-pressure drain: condensate is discharged automatically when the pressure differential across the filter element rises, with no operator intervention. Automatic (A) and manual (M) drain versions are available in the series if you prefer a different drain behaviour.
