The AirTAC GFR600-25C2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25C2WT is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a mounting bracket included. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit handles a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at 5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure type option, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the take-off from a large plant air header to deliver clean, pressure-regulated air to a production hall's distribution piping.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders and air-operated gates on a high-throughput packaging or palletising conveyor line from a 1 in branch circuit.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to big-bore actuated ball or butterfly valves on a process line where a stable set pressure is required.
Size 600 with a 1 in port is the largest GFR step, chosen when the air demand at the point of use is high; the smaller sizes (200/300/400) cover lighter lines at lower ports. The 5 um element (code W) suits downstream equipment that needs finer particulate capture than the 40 um standard grade. The differential-pressure drain needs no operator action but relies on flow to purge the bowl; choose the automatic or manual drain variant if your duty cycle does not suit that. The round psi gauge is fitted here; square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. PT is the standard thread, while G and NPT are order options - this unit is specified in NPT. A bracket is included.
Because catalogue flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application's air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet and check the sizing for you before you order.
With no drain code in the model, the GFR600-25C2WT uses the differential-pressure drain: condensate collected in the aluminium bowl is expelled automatically as air flows through, with no operator input. If your duty cycle does not generate enough flow for that to work well, the same size is available with an automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drain - ask us for those variants.
