The AirTAC GFR600-25JF2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1 in, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25JF2WT is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built for 1 in NPT ports, carries the fine 5 um filter element (the W grade, tighter than the 40 um standard), drains condensate by differential pressure, and is fitted with the embedded square gauge scaled in psi. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and the size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed where the compressor supply enters the shop distribution, the GFR600-25 cleans water and scale out of the incoming air and holds a steady regulated pressure for the whole drop network, with the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint.
Feeding the cylinder and actuator runs on a bottling or packaging conveyor line, the unit filters carryover moisture and particulate and regulates the supply so clamp and pusher cylinders see consistent pressure through each shift.
Mounted at the air inlet of an OEM control panel or process skid, the one-body filter regulator simplifies the manifold: one device conditions the air and sets the pressure, with the 5 um element protecting the valves and instruments downstream.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port sizes (1/8 in to 1 in) according to the air demand of the line - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this unit, drains as pressure drop builds), automatic for unattended condensate removal, or manual where an operator drains on schedule. Pick 40 um for general air prep or 5 um (this unit) where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauges are embedded square as standard with MPa, psi or bar scales, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. A mounting bracket is optional; this configuration is ordered without one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can quote honestly. Tell us your line demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve for this exact unit on request before you order.
In the GFR code the W position selects the fine 5 um filter grade instead of the 40 um standard, and the F2 position selects the embedded square gauge with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are also available). Both are decodable ordering choices, so you can specify the grade and gauge scale that match your downstream equipment and local reading preference.
