The AirTAC GFR600-25JNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25JNT is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filtration grade, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element is high enough. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy. It is the standard regulator type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperatures of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No pressure gauge is fitted with this code, and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT / G / NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, an optional 5 um filter grade, gauge options and bracket options. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on a 1 in main drop feeding a factory floor, it cleans water and scale out of the supply and holds a steady regulated pressure to the whole downstream circuit.
Mounted ahead of pneumatic presses or clamps in a metalworking cell, it filters the incoming air and lets the setter dial in the working pressure the tooling needs.
Fitted at the head of a packaging or bottling line, it conditions the air feeding cylinders and diverters, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate between shifts.
Size 600 with a 1 in NPT port is the largest step in the GFR range, so start there when the line serves several downstream consumers or long runs of piping, and step down to 200/300/400 where the demand is lighter. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention at normal pressure drop, automatic drains continuously, and manual drain suits supervised installations. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W code if the application needs 5 um. This code carries no gauge - add a gauge variant if operators need to read or set the regulated pressure, in MPa, psi or bar scale. NPT is the thread on this unit; PT and G are order options. A bracket variant is available where wall or panel mounting is needed. Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet so you can size the unit correctly.
The JNT code specifies no pressure gauge and no bracket; the regulator itself is standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. If you need to read the outlet pressure, choose a GFR600 variant with a gauge fitted - embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scale - and we can help you pick the right code.
