The AirTAC GFR600-25LC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600-25LC1T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates downstream pressure. This 600-size unit is built around a 1 in NPT port for high-flow main lines. It carries the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the element rises, and the low-pressure (L) regulator type for circuits that call for lower setpoints than the standard version. A round pressure gauge scaled in MPa is fitted so the setpoint can be read at a glance, and the mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) element option, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and a reverse/check valve option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Dropped from the 1 in plant air main to feed spray booths and air-actuated paint equipment, where clean, moisture-reduced air at a stable low setpoint keeps finishing work consistent.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a filling and capping conveyor, with the 40 um element stopping pipe scale and condensate from reaching the valve bank.
Mounted on the machine's air preparation panel with the included bracket, filtering and regulating the supply to tool-changer and clamping circuits, with the MPa gauge showing the setpoint.
Step up through the 200/300/400/600 sizes and their port options until the size matches the air demand of the line - the 600 size with its 1 in port sits at the top of the range for high-flow supply mains. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (as fitted here) needs no operator attention, automatic drains continuously, and manual drain is the simplest but needs periodic bleeding. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W code for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Gauges can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit has the round MPa gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; this unit is ordered in NPT. A bracket is included, and the L code selects the low-pressure regulator type. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain is the default on this configuration: it discharges accumulated condensate automatically when the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises to a set level, so there is no manual bleeding in normal service. Manual (M) and automatic (A) drains are available as order options if your installation prefers them.
