The AirTAC GFR600-25T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT, psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in a single body. This size-600 unit is specified with a 1 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and an embedded square gauge graduated in psi is fitted so the setpoint can be read at a glance. The bowl on this 600 size is aluminium alloy, and no mounting bracket is included with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as standard and G or NPT as order options, plus choices of drain type, 5 um (code W) or 40 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 1 in main drop feeding a production cell, it strips water and pipe-scale from the header supply and holds a steady regulated pressure to every tool and actuator on that drop.
Mounted on the air supply to a conveyor or cartoning line, it keeps moisture and debris out of the cylinders and valves while delivering a stable setpoint so clamping and indexing strokes stay consistent.
Fitted ahead of a large pneumatic valve or actuator manifold, it protects the seats and seals from condensate and particulate and lets the technician dial in the exact operating pressure on the psi gauge.
Size and port step up together: 200 through 600 cover 1/8 in to 1 in, and the right size depends on the air demand of the line, which we can check against the published flow curves before you order. Where a bowl is fitted, choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit's default) needs no attention during operation, automatic drains continuously, and manual drain suits intermittent duty. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W for finer protection. For regulated units, pick the gauge: embedded square as standard or an optional external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a square psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT (this unit) are ordered options. Bracket included unless code J, as here. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Tell us your line demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for this 1 in NPT size-600 unit before you order.
This unit's blank drain code means differential-pressure drain: condensate collected in the aluminium bowl is expelled automatically when the pressure differential across the 40 um element rises high enough, with no operator attention. If you prefer continuous draining or a simple manual twist drain, those are available as order options on the same series.
