The AirTAC GFR600-25T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1, 40 um, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25T is a filter regulator: in one body it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This size 600 configuration has 1 in NPT ports, a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, an aluminium alloy bowl, a round external gauge with psi scale, and a built-in reverse (check) valve; the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
It is a genuine AirTAC part, one of the GFR line offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT, G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use clean air and a set pressure for impact wrenches, nutrunners and clamping fixtures on a vehicle assembly line, with the check valve holding the downstream setting if supply pressure dips.
Filtered, regulated air for carton closers, wrap stations and diverters on a distribution conveyor line, where the 1 in port feeds a high-consumption manifold from a main drop.
A single filter-regulator feeding a machine's pneumatic valve stack and actuators, giving the builder one panel-mounted setting point with a psi gauge readable by US maintenance staff.
Size and port step up together: 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover 1/8 in through 1 in, so choose the size whose flow curve meets your air consumption. This unit regulates from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet. The remaining choices are all in the code: drain type (differential-pressure standard, A for automatic, M for manual), filter grade (40 um standard, W for 5 um), gauge scale (1 = MPa, 2 = psi, 3 = bar), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), the K reverse/check valve, and the included bracket.
Because rated flow is published as curves and not as a single number, ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your air consumption and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
C2 specifies the optional external round gauge with a psi scale (the embedded square gauge is standard, and MPa or bar scales are also available). K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which holds the downstream setting if the upstream supply is lost. The trailing T is the NPT thread option; PT is the standard thread.
