The AirTAC GFR60020AC1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020AC1WT is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is threaded NPT3/4 (3/4 in), carries the 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the standard 40 um, and has an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate from the bowl without operator attention. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and this unit is fitted with an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and bracket or no-bracket mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for a CNC machine tool's pneumatic clamping, tool-change and chip-clearing circuits, with the 5 um element guarding precision valves and cylinders on a 3/4 in supply drop.
A filter regulator on the main air drop feeding conveyor diverters, case-erectors and bagging heads, where the automatic drain keeps condensate off the actuators across multi-shift running.
Point-of-use regulation on a 3/4 in branch line serving impact tools, lift-assist cylinders and fixture clamps in an automotive assembly area, with the round MPa gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port steps (1/8 in to 1 in) against the flow your line needs; the 600 size is the largest port and highest-flow step in the family. Choose the drain to match access: automatic (this model) for unattended duty, manual where an operator drains on schedule, or the default differential-pressure type. Choose 40 um for general air preparation or 5 um (W) where finer protection of downstream components matters. Gauges are embedded square as standard with an external round gauge optional, in MPa, psi or bar scales; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT order options; a bracket is included unless the J (no-bracket) code is specified. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet and check the sizing against your required flow on request.
The A in the code selects the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate from the bowl without operator attention - useful for unattended or hard-to-reach installations. The GFR family also offers a manual drain (code M) and a differential-pressure drain as the default; all three share the same 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) regulation range on this standard-type unit.
