The AirTAC GFR60020ALC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 3/4 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020ALC3TK is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. It is the low-pressure type, fitted with a reverse (check) valve and supplied with a mounting bracket. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, PT/G/NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option, gauge styles and scales, and standard or low-pressure regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in main air drop feeding a carton-forming and shrink-wrap line, it filters line water and particulate and holds a steady low regulated pressure to the actuators, with the automatic drain clearing condensate on its own.
Mounted on the bracket ahead of pneumatic conveyor drives and gate cylinders, it supplies clean, regulated air to keep belt tensioners and diverters moving consistently through a full shift.
Used on a low-pressure pneumatic control panel where the low-pressure regulator type, bar-reading round gauge and reverse (check) valve protect downstream instruments and positioners from pressure drift and backflow.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) so the port and body match the flow your line needs; this unit is the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port. Choose the drain: automatic (as fitted here) for unattended condensate removal, manual for periodic draining, or differential-pressure as the default. The standard element is 40 um; specify the W code for 5 um where finer filtration is required. Gauges are available as the embedded square type or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round gauge reading bar. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
The A in the code sets the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate without manual attention - useful where the unit is mounted in a hard-to-reach spot. The C3 sets an external round gauge with a bar scale; square embedded gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales are also available in the series.
