The AirTAC GFR60020ALJC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR60020ALJC3WTK is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is built for 3/4 in NPT ports, carries the 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard, and drains collected condensate automatically. It is the low-pressure (L) regulator type, and the 600 size bowl is aluminium alloy. A round gauge scaled in bar is fitted, a reverse/check valve is included, and no mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um or 5 um element, embedded square or external round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, PT, G or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding low-pressure clamping and workholding circuits on welding and machining fixtures, where the regulator holds a reduced setting downstream of the plant header and the 5 um element keeps fixture valves clean.
Point-of-use conditioning for cartoning, wrapping and filling machines, where the automatic drain clears condensate through multi-shift running without an operator bleeding bowls by hand.
Filtered, regulated supply to stopper, pusher and diverting cylinders on sorting and palletising conveyors, with the reverse/check valve helping hold the downstream setting if upstream supply dips.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your port and flow demand grow; this unit sits at the top of the range with 3/4 in NPT ports. Drain choice is a real decision: automatic (as here) suits lines that run unattended, while manual and differential-pressure drains are order options. The element is 5 um (code W) for finer protection of downstream valves and cylinders; the 40 um standard is available if your air is already clean. This unit carries a round gauge in bar; embedded square gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered instead. PT is the AirTAC standard thread and G or NPT are order options - this unit is built NPT. A bracket can be ordered; this configuration omits it. Note that this is the low-pressure (L) type, and its adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm it with us. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm against the datasheet that GFR600 at 3/4 in NPT is correctly sized before you order.
The W code orders the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream valves and cylinders. The A code fits the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate without manual bleeding; manual and differential-pressure drains remain available as order options on this family.
