The AirTAC GFR60020C2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 - 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR60020C2G is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is fitted with a G3/4 (3/4 in) port with G (BSPP) thread, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough, and an external round gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit operates from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional 5 um (code W) elements, automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT thread options. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 3/4 in drop from a factory compressed-air ring main, it cleans the supply of water and pipe scale and holds a steady regulated pressure for the whole work cell.
Feeding carton sealers and case packers, it keeps water and debris out of the valve stack while the psi round gauge lets operators verify and adjust line pressure at a glance.
Regulating the supply to conveyor gate and stopper cylinders, it protects the actuators from condensate carryover and lets maintenance set the exact pressure the station needs.
Size 600 with a G3/4 port sits at the top of the GFR range, so step up or down (200/300/400/600) according to the flow your line needs - and have us confirm the flow curve against your demand before ordering, since AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rating. Drain choice is real: differential-pressure (this unit) bleeds automatically with the pressure differential, automatic (code A) empties continuously, and manual (code M) needs an operator. The 40 um element here is the standard grade; specify W for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. This unit carries an external round gauge reading psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other catalogue options. G (BSPP) thread is this unit's specification, with PT standard and NPT available to order, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your flow demand and line pressure and we will confirm the datasheet curve and correct size for your application on request.
This unit's differential-pressure drain (the default) discharges collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the 40 um element builds high enough - no operator attention needed. If your usage pattern suits it better, catalogue code A gives an automatic drain and code M a manual drain; ask us to quote the alternative.
